We are not a law firm, not a claims management company, and not connected to any rental company, broker or insurer. Our fee is a fixed £25 – we take no percentage of anything you recover.

The service is built on analysis of more than 12,000 publicly reported car rental complaints, which is what allows us to identify the escalation approaches that work in practice rather than in theory.
