Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the CarRentalHelp website or purchasing a Dispute Resolution Pack. By using this website or purchasing a pack, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.  About CarRentalHelp

CarRentalHelp provides an independent dispute guidance service for consumers who have experienced financial disputes arising from car rentals abroad. The service is operated by CarRentalHelp.co.uk.

2.  Nature of the service

CarRentalHelp provides structured guidance, challenge templates, escalation strategies and evidence checklists to help you present a car rental dispute. This is a self-help service. We do not:

  • Provide legal advice or legal representation
  • Act as a claims management company
  • Contact rental companies, brokers or card providers on your behalf
  • Guarantee any specific outcome

The information and documents provided are based on analysis of publicly available complaint data and published consumer protection frameworks. They are provided for guidance purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.

3.  Eligibility

The service is intended for use by individuals (consumers) seeking to resolve financial disputes arising from car rentals that took place in a country other than their country of residence. It is not intended for business use or for disputes relating to domestic rentals.

4.  Purchasing a pack

Each Dispute Resolution Pack costs £25 or £40 (inclusive of any applicable taxes). Payment is required before your pack is prepared. Payment is processed via Stripe. By completing payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

5.  Delivery of the pack

Your pack will be delivered to the email address you provide on the dispute form. We aim to deliver packs within two working days of receiving your completed form and payment. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

If we are unable to prepare a pack for your situation — for example, because the dispute falls outside our current scope — we will contact you to discuss the options available.

6.  Refund policy

Because each pack is individually prepared based on your specific inputs, we are unable to offer refunds once preparation has begun. If you have paid but have not yet submitted your dispute form, please contact us within 48 hours of payment to discuss cancellation.

If a technical error on our part prevents delivery of your pack, we will either redeliver or offer a full refund at our discretion.

7.  Accuracy of information

The guidance provided in your pack is based on the information you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide are accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality and relevance of your pack.

8.  Limitation of liability

CarRentalHelp provides guidance only. We accept no liability for:

  • The outcome of any complaint or dispute
  • Any decision made by a rental company, broker, card provider or dispute resolution body
  • Any loss, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the service or reliance on the pack

Our total liability to you in connection with any pack shall not exceed the amount paid for that pack.

9.  Intellectual property

The content of this website and all Dispute Resolution Packs are the intellectual property of CarRentalHelp. You may use your pack for your own personal dispute only. You may not reproduce, share or sell any part of the pack to third parties.

10.  Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11.  Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
